Boot Camp

Boot Camp is a software program developed by Apple Inc. that allows users to install Microsoft Windows operating systems on Intel-based Mac computers. It enables the creation of a separate partition on the computer’s hard drive where the Windows operating system and related software can be installed. Once installed, users can switch between macOS and Windows on their Mac computer by restarting the computer and selecting the desired operating system. Boot Camp also includes drivers for Windows that allow Apple hardware, such as the keyboard, trackpad, and display, to function properly in the Windows environment. This allows Mac users to run Windows-specific software or games on their computer without needing a separate Windows machine.
