On a Windows 10 computer, you can create a new Toolbar on the Taskbar to access your favorite files and folders quickly. You don’t need to navigate through the File Explorer to open a folder, file, or program. However, this feature is missing on Windows 11, and with the built-in options, you can’t create your own Toolbar, at least for now. That means you’ll need to take the help of a third-party tool.

DockFolder for Windows 11 and 10

In my opinion, DockFolder may be an excellent alternative to launch files and folders to a custom toolbar. Using this tool, you can quickly access your files and folders from the Windows 11/10 Taskbar itself.
