Many rumors were that Microsoft is removing the classic Control Panel from Windows 10; however, Windows 11 has been launched, and it is still part of it. To install Windows 11, your PC should feature Secure Boot, and TMP 2.0 enabled on BIOS/UEFI. However, if you are using an old Windows PC or Mac machine, you can bypass Secure Boot and TMP 2.0 and install Windows 11. How to open or access Control Panel from Command Prompt on Windows 11?
If you prefer to use Command Prompt, do the following steps:-
